Gifted with a memory like a computer, Andy knows where everything is, along with what we have in inventory and what needs to be ordered. Over 20 years later Andy is our shop foreman. Jeff having attended the high school himself made a phone call to the shop instructor and asked if he had any talented students that were conscientious and liked woodworking, his recommendation was Andy. When she’s not keeping the guys in line she enjoys time up at the cabin & spending time with the kids.Īndy McKinley, Shop Foreman/Cabinet MakerĪndy started working at Hoffman’s when he was 16 years old and still a student at Rosemount High. She completed the interior design program at Dakota County Technical College and graduated June 2014. Jill is at the helm of what makes the office tick, from invoicing and customer relations to aiding in the design of our clients projects. He is our CAD draftsman and sends our computerized drawings to the CNC machine. Well rounded in all aspects of the business, he the main contact for any questions our clients may have regarding countertops, cabinets or anything in general. You’ll see him around the shop majority of the time, but come winter time he’s off to Arizona.Īdam Edwards, Office Manager/CAD DraftsmanĪdam joined the team 7 years ago and is known at Hoffman’s as “Speedy”. Pops just smiles and says “We’ll figure it out”. No job is too difficult, too big or too small. He is a vital asset with all his years of experience. Today Ted loves coming to the shop and staying involved in the cabinets and countertops. Needless to say Jeff has been involved in woodworking, cabinets and countertops since he was a young lad. Ted is Jeff’s Dad and started a countertop shop in his garage back in 1975. Here we have the man that started it all. After considering his options, he signed on, and departed Gateway GSO in October of 2101.Ted “Pops” Hoffman, Sr. While there, he was approached for a lucrative colonial contracting position, cataloguing artifacts on the Outer Rim.
